Our faculty are experienced geriatricians. We train physicians for Iowa and beyond to be leaders in patient-centered, team-based care delivery, and to meet the unique health care needs of older adults.

As Iowa’s only academic medical center, we see a comprehensive mix of cases in our Geriatric Health Assessment Clinic, particularly patients with significant medical and psychosocial complexity.
